Balsamic Vinaigrette

Tonight, I'm preparing salad for a family get-together. I figured it should be simple, so to please everyone. I opted to make a balsamic vinaigrette, but not my usual honey-mustard one (although it wasn't too different). Here's what I did:



In my magic bullet, I processed:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup balsamic
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 pinches brown sugar
- ~2 tsp dijon mustard
- a few sprinkles chipolte
- dash of lemon pepper

I'll be serving it with spinach salad with hearts of palm, avocado and tomatoes... Yum!
